ABOUT TREATY MARSHALL SERVICE (TMS)
Treaty Marshall Service (TMS) provides public agencies with an efficient, cost-effective solution for Property
destruction, including weapons, ammunition, drugs, uniforms and Kevlar—eliminating transport costs and
reducing your team’s workload. By bringing our service to you, we streamline the destruction process, allowing
your officers to focus on core policing duties.
Founded in 2020 in response to a request from Federal Indigenous Leaders to provide insights into First Nations
policing, TMS has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by law enforcement—particularly
the need for budget management and increasing officer presence. Our founder, Tubears Bryant, brings decades
of experience in policing and firearms training. Having worked extensively with Canadian First Nations, US
military law enforcement and Japanese law enforcement, he understands the importance of operational
efficiency in weapons and drug destruction.
